|Project description:||Design, optimization and realization of high frequency stable generators in a wide frequency range. Investigation of their noise properties and manners of suppression of unfluence of noise on quality paramaters of generators. The design and realization is supposed on the base : high stable piezoelectric resonators eith SC-cuts up to a frequency 300-400 MHz and low noise bipolar and unipolar active elements (microwave active elements (GaAs, Gunn diode), optoelectronic fiber elements with use of MCXO systems. Application of these signal genarators fore realization of autodyne systmes (so called self-generating mixers) with investigation of properties of CWFM systmes (continuous wave frequency modulation).Analysis, synthesis and optimization of radiation diagrams of antennas systems for various applications in a microwave range (mm wavelenght). Simulation and investigation of impact of electromagentic radiation on biological objects in cm and mm ranges. Simulation and investigation of strong high-frequency fields on realiability of elements, integrated circuits and electronic systems.|
