|Project description:||Research of sputtered semiconductive thin films based on ZnO, In and Sn oxides, thin-film structures of p/n types and their sensoric response on ultraviolet light radiation. Research and development of technologies to form nanostructures on/in the ZnO thin films by sputtering. To obtain a novel knowledge on sensoric interfaces ?thin films/nanostructures? made from semiconductive or bio/organic materials (lipids, DNA).|
