Project description:This project is oriented to tasks about stability of power system safety, reliability, and analysis of these qualities improvement possibility, mainly from reduction and prevention of big failures and elimination of black-out causes point of view of. One of the main objectives of this project is determination of critical points in electric power system, based on steady state and transient states modeling of electric power system, with cognizance of electric power transit by transmission grid of SR and for case of shortage of domestic sources of electric energy (switch off of nuclear power plant V1). Result of modeling and analyses will be suggestions for technical equipments FACTS, transformers with complex ratio, and another compensational elements implementation in transmission grid for improvement of static and dynamic stability and for regulation of power flow in electric power network. Another objective of this project is creation of break-down rate database for components of electric power system, reliability model of these components and calculation of reliability analyses. Result of this project will be also a computer model of electric power system with reflection of transmits and imports of electric power energy into SR. Also transient simulations will be done based on reliability analyses results of power grid components. Results of this project will be significant to assure the power grid stable operation and for reliability of power energy supply in new conditions of liberalized marked with electric energy and new legislature of EU.
