Project description:Preparation of new aromatic polyazaheterocycles based on triazines, dihydropyridines, pyrimidines, quinolines and quinazolines with fused aromatic or saturated ring. In first part we prepare precursors of target heterocycles using moder and more ecological methods. In next step the precursors will be exploited in cyclisations and cyclocondensations for synthesis of target compounds. Derivatisation of newly prepared heterocycles by introducing of sacharide moiety or another hydrophilic substituent allow as to anhance solubility and cell transport in biological aplications. Physico-chemical and spectral characteristics in connection to X-ray analysis and supramolecular chemistry and quantum-chemical calculations.
