Project description:The basis of the scientific project is an optimization of technological parameters of plasma-arc welding and brazing of zinc-coated sheets made of deep-drawn steels type DX53D+Z 100MB, two-phase and complex phase steels with increased strength DP 600 and CP-W 800 with thickness up to 3mm. The welding methods will be verified with and without using a filler material; wire braze of type CuSi3 will be used for brazing. From the analysis of joint quality, structure and its mechanical properties, plasma-arc welding and brazing parameters will be determined that allow the joints to satisfy the specified requirements of quality and mechanical properties. Next, models of zinc-coated sheets brazing using a plasma-arc will be elaborated, based on verified results of a computer simulation
