|Project description:||a) Specifying of equivalent uniform global and local initial imperfections of beams under transverse loading. b) Development of uniform procedure for calculation of critical moment of beams made of various structural materials: steel, aluminuim, timber, concrete, glass, FRP. c) Buckling resistance of beams with Class 1, 2, 3, or 4 cross-section under transverse loading for combination of bending and torsion. For restrained beams taking into account plastic reserve of cross-section loaded by any combination of bending and torsion internal forces, e.g. by moment and bimoment. d) Experimental verification of resistance of beam with thin-walled cold-formed cross-section under bending,torsion and distortion.|
