Project description:Mission of this project is to design of an intelligent system for possibility of realization of predictive maintenance services according to Industry 4.0 standards. The system should have possibility to be universally applied on existing analog units too. The main goal is to create system with capability, based on parameters of real production devices, to recognize state before failure and to generate a preliminary plan of device maintenance. System should be using neural network. The suggested solution consist from methodological proposal of entire system with subsequent realization of hardware and software side, while final implementation will be verified I real environment. Main output of the project is unique and universal usable solution for generate predictive maintenance plan and thus avoid failures of production devices in production.
