Optimization of cutting tool geometry and tool finishig as a substrate for nanolayer coating to increase the cutting tool durability and performance during the high-speed machining process.Supervisor: doc. Ing. Štefan Václav, PhD.
This page shows details on the project. The primary projects are displayed together with a list of sub-projects.
|Project description:||The project supports the Industrial Research and Development Centre, where research activities of the partners on the basis of high excellence with a high degree of potential utilization of research and development results in economic and social practice are planned. The aim of the project is to create a long-term partnership between the industrial company and the research institution, resulting in an industrial research and development centre. Industrial Research Development Centre as a research consortium, based on a partnership contract in which the company will be the leader, the applicant - MASAM, p. r. o., who needs to carry out research and development in the field of Automotive and Mechanical Engineering for its activity, which is related thematically with its economic activity. The partner as a public subject will be a research institution STU MTF, so that the project will have an effective cooperation in the sense of a proclaimed call. The project focuses on cutting tools optimization and finishing needed for nanolayer coatings.|
