|Project description:||In terms of the project solution there will be elaborated new technology for the realization of high-effective catalyst production 100 t/y based on diaminoethers from home-made raw-materials for preparation of polyurethanes above all of flexible polyurethane foams which have wide application and their consumption has an increasing trend in Slovakia above all in connection with development of motor-car industry. Tertiary amines are most frequently used catalysts for polyurethanes. Their disadvantage is a strong amine odour and limited possibility of their moulding. The new class of catalysts based on diaminoethers eliminates the mentioned disadvantages. The foundations will contain optimal technological conditions of the preparation, consumption standards of raw-materials and energies, specification of products, raw-materials and equipments, a process for waste disposal and analytical control of the process. The products belong to the top chemical specialities with high added value.|
