This page shows details on the project. The primary projects are displayed together with a list of sub-projects.

Project description:The goal of the project is study of fast stochastic oscillations generated by turbulent accretion of matter in cosmic objects powered by disc accretion.Such stochastic variability (flickering) do not originate in a single source and has complicated structure. For detailed analysis of this complicated event we need high quality data with high cadence and on long time base. Multifrequency strategy is welcome, mainly with accentuation to high energies. Ideal combination satisfying these requirements are observations using Kepler, XMM-Newton and Swift satellites. The proposed project is based on analysis of data from these missions, corresponding power density spectra and the so called superposed shot profile. The phenomenology of the flickering is rich and we are still showing new features, which complement each other. Therefore, for understanding of one of the basic physical mechanism generating energy in the universe, it is needed to sufficiently describe this phenomenology with accentuation to details, but to quantity of observed object too.
