This page shows details on the project. The primary projects are displayed together with a list of sub-projects.

Project description:The goal of the applied research project is to develop systems tools computer based simulation model for the new concept of Smart working environment for the Industry 4.0 as a flexible workspace automatically adjustable to the individual needs of the manufacturing plant workers, applying the smart objects, IoT and IoS to enhance the working comfort, safety and health. Project presents an innovative solution for the smart working environment design based on the concept of the smart working environment, systems tools for its implementation and computer added simulation model of the smart working environment. Project outcomes in the form of the study of the Industry 4.0 implementation impact in Slovak industrial enterprises, concept of the intelligent work environment, systems tools for identification of individual factors of the working environment and computer based simulation model for the design of the intelligent environment according to the new concept. Outputs of the pilot project could be applied in industrial enterprises and are supported by the general agreement with the Automotive Industry Association of the Slovak Republic about the project outcomes utilization. Utilization of the project outcomes can generate benefits in different areas like implementation of the Industry 4.0 processes and business models, risk elimination (safety and health) related to the aging population and 4G teams, sustainable efficiency of the work force and flexible production based on the fulfilment of the customers’ individual needs. As the indicators of the project outcomes utilization impact could be considered increase of the work force efficiency, improvement of the safety and quality reflected in the financial indicators and competitiveness.
