|Project description:||The aims of proposed project are (i) identification of potentially new authentication markers or utilization of already known markers to validate authenticity of selected food commodities (ii) development of a suitable sample treatment procedures in order to simplify analysed samples while maintaining qualitative and quantitative composition of selected markers, (iii) development and application of dual-column and two-dimensional separation systems for determination of selected authentication markers, including monitoring of enantiomeric purity of chiral markers, (iv) utilization of new chemometric tools for identification of new authentication markers for classification and determination of various properties of food samples according to species and their origin.|
