Use of hydromelioration structures for mitigation of the negative extreme hydrological phenomena effects and their impacts on the quality of water bodies in agricultural landscapesSupervisor: prof. Ing. Andrej Šoltész, PhD.
This page shows details on the project. The primary projects are displayed together with a list of sub-projects.
|Project description:||The aim of the project is to conduct analysis of the water storage capacity in the agricultural landscape in correlation to its sustainable use and the historical and contemporary role of the hydromelioration facilities, especially in the context of climate change and the occurrence of floods and droughts. The project objective is to design sustainable measures for the use and function of the amelioration facilities, focusing on the possibilities for more efficient use of local water resources.|
