This page shows details on the project. The primary projects are displayed together with a list of sub-projects.

Project description:The proposed project resolves the issues of coating the cutting tools by diamond and diamond-like films and the use uf such films for electronic and further applications. The tasks in the field of cutting tools are directed on mastering the preparation technology of woodworking tools on which high thermal requirements are imposed. In the field of electronic applications, the project concentrates on doping of diamond ond on its subsequent utilization in sensors based on diamond and diamond-like materials, e.g., on the detection of CO and other gases.
