Project description:Need of the biocorridors research and their build-up incerases, because of ecological preasure to their build-up and functioning on the water schemes. The basic principle of the biocorridor is copying of the natural rivers, so it is assumed that will be intensively exploited by fish fauna, because of food, habitat changing or spawning. Solving of the biocorridor design paramaters will result from quality modelling of microhabitat aquatic area, which creates very biocorridor and river bed in the inlet and outlet area. Modelling will be based on IFIM principle and will be used RHABSIM and River 2D model. Design parameters will be verified by hydraulic modelling and in chosen reference section by monitoring of marked fish migration. The basic goal of the project is creation of the methodology for determination of biocorridor design parameters.
