Project description:Application of surface activation of textile reinforcing cord materials (PET, aramide and polyamide) by plasma in ambient air, nitrogen and CO2 atmosphere to nano-modification and study of plasma polymerisation of monomers and creation of polymer nano-layers on the surface of cord materials with the excellent adhesion to rubber. Modified cord materials will be applied in development of new type of tires and belts in Matador Púchov. For the nano-modification of surface of reinforcing materials will be constructed new type of plasma source, which is possible to applied in conditions of rubber industry.
