|Project description:||The project deals with principally new model of the new function implementation into the preserved architectural heritage structures. The cultural heritage use (including architectural) for actual function of today society ? that is the main requirement of the modern monument care defined on international level. This goes together with the condition of preservation cultural (not only artistic) values of the heritage. In the monument care theory this relationship is considered as a normal status but the praxis is different. The implementation process of new functions is more intuitive, fortuity, with out the respect to the objective correlation relationship. The tourism is a model example of a new function. The project initiate mobilization of the capacity till now not applied that support correlation relationships (with the regard to the mutual prosperity, not the rivalry) for reach of both side satisfying cooperation. The model respect specific features of different architectural heritage types in different environment. The optimized procedure of implementation is possible to adopt analogically for other functions.|
