|Project description:||Globalization is term, which can refer to everything, from interconnectedness of experience to the rise in international ventures. For the design and construction industry, however, globalization is a trend that means two important things: increased opportunity and increased competition ability. In the conditions of globalization many management and marketing aproaches must transform, such as organization structure, strategy forming, planning, motivation and control procedures, comunication chanels, personal management, etc. Modern logistic system are one of the pillars, on which many globalization trends are developed.|
