|Project description:||The efficiency of an arbitrary method used for risk assessment of chemical processes of industrial scale influences the process safety and economy. For the achievement of maximal safety at minimal costs up to date, but mainly realistic analyses of danger must be used, because both the complexity and integrity of chemical processes is unceasingly increasing. The aim of the project is to apply an integrated simulation program for hazard assessment. This program is based on the deterministic modeling of a process and was developed for a real chemical process by our research group in the foregoing project. In the new project, development of a virtual dynamic simulator of a real chemical process will be proposed. This simulator could be applied for prediction of potential accidents and operational problems occurring during start-up, operation and shut-down of a process. The proposed approach will contribute to a very effective method for elaborating a safety mode of control of a chosen chemical process.|
