Project description:The project introduces the solution of problems of the stochastic evaluation of safety and reliability ofreinforced-concrete structures considering the soil-structure interaction, extremal load and material degradation. The stochastic analysis of structure damages is built up on the basis of nonlinear analysis. The analysis of the safety or the reliability of the structure comes from the same level of the probability of variable material characteristics of structure elements, load impact and probability of damage of structure. Theoretical processes and algorithms will be derived for application of simulation techniques for probability assessment of nuclear power plants structures, based on the nonlinear solution of rise and progress of cracks in concrete. Next, unified database of material characteristics histograms of structural elements of NPP during thier operation time will be completed, using the simulation of effects of high temperatures and humidity upon the models.
