Project description:The current trend of designing production devices and systems lies in making the most effective use of human resources, eliminating of time and financial costs. All new projects require considerable time as well as financial cost in the pre-production phase of the design of production devices and systems by using the industrial robots. The aim of this project is to research the use of new digital methods for the industrial robots programming included in the production systems. These digital and virtual methods are focused to the Industry 4.0 modern production strategies. The simulation and the optimization methods so called as the Digital Twins are the key pillars of the Industry 4.0 as a part of the modern digital factories. The real commissioning and set-up of the robotics manufacturing stations is one of the longest stage of the design of the manufacturing systems. The research of the use of the various simulation tools and software for the offline programming of the industrial robots is one of the most important Industry 4.0 strategies with regard to the elimination of having the real hardware equipment already in the preproduction phase of the design project. The used offline robotics programming simulation tools and software as a new paradigm of the Industry 4.0 strategy are an important tool for generating of the OLP robotic programs in the pre-production stage. The commissioning of the robotics stations into the real production is more efficient and much faster, because in the simulation software it is possible to eliminate the collisions state of the industrial robots, the creation and generation of robot trajectories with a manipulation or technological tool based on precisely created and integrated CAD models of the projected workstation.
