Project description:The basic research project is aimed to development and chemometric characterisation of electroanalytical techniques for the determinantion of species with detection limits mostly in trace or ultratrace level. Atention will be paid to voltammetric and chronopotentiomentric determinations of heavy metals in samples containing high amount of sodium at presence of which application of optical method is mitigated. Further aims of the project are pointed to research on microelectronic structures ( interdigitated microelectrode arrays) which are very perspective products of thin layer technology. For analytical chemistry they represent detectors for fast, sensitive and selective detection of species including those where deposition onto electrode surface is not possible.
