|Project description:||The project is aimed at increasing efficiency of the development of new rubber compounds by the application of the methods of experimental design and regression modelling. Experimental schemes will be carried out with selected rubber compounds based on different rubber matrixes, different fillers and vulcanising systems. The research will comprise the identification of factors determined by the compound composition and significantly affecting parameters of final vulcanisates, regression description and optimisation of individual groups of functionally related components, carrying out and evaluation of experimental schemes for individual component groups, constructing a complex model describing respective rubber compounds on the basis of partial models of component groups and working out a program, able to formulate the optimised composition of a rubber compound with pre-set final parameters.|
