|Project description:||The project is focused on the investigation of correlation between the magnetic hysteretic parameters of metallic ferromagnetic materials and their microscopic structure. Namely, further development of Magnetic Adaptive Testing (MAT) method and Barkhausen Noise (BN) analysis is preferred. The above mentioned methods will be applied mainly to: a) quantitative judgement of structural changes of electrical steels and nano-crystalline magnetic alloys in various steps of the technological process, b) quantification of structural degradation of low-carbon construction steel subjected to plastic deformation, cyclic and/or thermal loading and simulated radiation damage.|
