|Project description:||Project deals with the utilization (exploitation) of electrical DC and AC measuring methods for testing of materials and material structures and their electrophysical properties for photovoltaic (PV) applications, mainly solar cells based on crystalline Si. Project deals with transport phenomena in PV structures, with formation appropriate models interpreting electric and photovoltaic parameters of solar cells with verification of technological impact on final properties. Project deals with testing of model terrestrial PV cells and modules at non-standard conditions and with testing of material structures for PV cell encapsulation and with proposal of PV systems regarding on their respective application (autonomous and other systems regarding on applications e.g. at building architecture). Specific conditions of the Slovak Republic will be taken into account. Important part of project solving is monitoring of environmental influence (feedback) on degradation processes in photovoltaic structures.|
