|Project description:||Phase change building materials are sometimes called "climate active materials". Changes of heat of solidification / fusion in ranges of common interior temperatures can result in energy savings for HVAC operation. This process can increase thermal stability of modern light (mainly office) buildings as well. Experimental analysis and computer simulations of material and construction solutions of real rooms will be done in conditions of common performance. The goal is to find materials or their combinations and constructional applications, which are the best for conditions of Slovak and Czech Republic.|
