|Project description:||To design, synthesize and investigate new molecular building blocks, molecule-based systems, nanomolecular materials, modified surfaces, molecular conductors, etc., and to search for new types of photo-, electro- and magneto- induced processes. To achieve a deep physico-chemical understanding of selected photo-, electro- and magneto- induced processes and ways how to control and switch them at a molecular level. To understand cooperativity between functional molecules and emergence of new collective electronic, photonic, magnetic and spintronic phenomena. To develop and apply quantum mechanical methods to accurately describe spectroscopic, magnetic and time-dependent phenomena and to simulate environmental effects.|
