|Project description:||Project is focused on aggregation theory and its applications. Up to the orientation on some open problems concerning especially the aggregation on bipolar and lattice (interval) scales, several new directions are planned to be open, such as the study of stronger forms of monotonicity yielding new construction methods for copulas of higher dimensions, or the proposal of complex information measures. Functions related to aggregation functions will be also investigated, with special stress on functions useful for the image processing. New types of time series models based on copulas and autocopulas are expected to be proposed and applied for real hydrological and financial problems. Appications of theoretical results in ranking and voting systems are also expected.|
