|Project description:||The project deals with research in grinding accuracy of shank cutters in accordance to cutting conditions od five axis grinding as well as research in forces, wear and tool life using new methodology. The theory of cutting forces in grinding is not adequate worked out yet. We are going to use new methodology of design of experiments already prepared by us where gained equations will be dimensional homogenous and equations indicators (dimensional constatnts) wil have physical interpretation. As a result of the project will be considered also the theory of highparametric grinding. In order of tool life detection we are preparing a methodology based upon inversion intesity of tool wear.|
