|Project description:||The main goal of proposed project is research of the impact of the building envelope on the indoor environment by parametric computer simulation studies ("virtual experiments") in Slovak climatic conditions. Whole building and building envelope integrated simulations will be based on mathematical modelling, experimental measurements, and multi-disciplinary approach. The research team will be focused on the problems such: - Computational simulations of energy and environmental behaviour of sustainable buildings envelopes, - Dynamic simulations and experimental measurements of energy and environmental aspects of shaded glazing systems, - Dynamic simulations of daylighting in buildings based on circadian photometry, - Simulations of renewable energy systems integrated in building envelopes, - Passive cooling of the buildings in climatic conditions of Slovak...|
