Project description:Using the most progressive algebraic and probabilistic methods we describe in details both partial and total algebraic structures, namely effect algebras and pseudo effect algebras and their generalizations appropriate, to describe uncertainty in quantum structures and to find their relations to both partially and lattice ordered groups and residuated structures. The uncertainty will be studied from probabilistic, algebraic, categorical, topological, quantum--statistical, state operators on MV-algebras, and from one of self-adjoint and aggregation operators points of view.
