|Project description:||In recent years significantly increased the requirements of social order in building construction. Increasing load of structures on the one hand and objectively more complex ground conditions on the other hand brings in foundation engineering task that can be managed only by close link of theoretical knowledge with new capabilities of current technology. In the field of geotechnical engineering, it is mainly for the execution of deep excavation and the requirements the superstructure in terms of exceeding the acceptable absolute or differential settlements and deformation. The process of optimizing each geotechnical design is conditioned mainly by setting up calculation model simulating as closely as possible in the form of realistic boundary conditions. It is therefore necessary to verify the design and operational solutions to correct them according to the principles of observation method defined in STN EN 1997-1 and to minimize the risks.|
