|Project description:||Determination of measurement, design and evaluation methodology, criteria analysis of double skin facade acoustic properties. Influence of lateral and vertical sound (and air) propagation in construction air gap and its effect on airborne sound insulation and sound gradient. Optimization of construction's air gap (skin wall) width related to exterior noise level and adequate interior acoustic comfort provision. Definition of the relation among construction, air gap width, sound propagation, ventilation possibilities and particularly double skin façade airborne sound insulation that is based on in-situ measurements and simulation model design. Results generalization, theoretical and professional documentation due to wider application in practice.|
