Title of the thesis:Atmosphere of the school and class
Summary:This diploma work is focused on some factors affecting school atmosphere and class. It refers to differences in the assessment of atmosphere between girls and boys, to differences in the assessment of students according to the age and differences in the assessment of students according to school of different orientation -- production orientation, non-productive direction, artistic focus. The method of questionnaire completed and send by 92 students of the first year and 156 students of the third year class -- total 248 students of secondary schools in Levice, we assessed the atmosphere of the class according to five aspect: statisfaction in the class, class conflicts, competitive behaviour in the class, learning difficulty and class cohesion. We found that each if the examined factors affecting the overall assessment of atmosphere, which on average was the highest ranked competitive behaviour. Girls showed greater satisfaction but less coherence than boys. In girls classed were fewer conflicts, competitiveness, but the biggest difference was reflected in the difficulty of learning, which boys sense higher. Students of the first grade class appreciated the atmosphere more favorably than the evaluation of satisfaction and cohesion in the classroom, which the first grade students appreciated better. The result of the survey we found that the best atmosphere is in the Central college Ladislav Bielik then at the Secondary technical school, which also can be where students scored above evaluated conflicts in the classroom, competitive behaviour and difficulty in the classroom and learning demandingness versus satisfaction and cohesion in the classroom. Academy was the lowest rated class cohesion which is directly the survey we found that the higher the cohesion of the class is mentioned schools. Good relationships between students have an effect on overall satisfaction of the students with school. At the end of the work we presented some recommendations for practice which can help by the creation of positive atmosphere.
