Title of the thesis:Regeneration of ionic liquid from aqueous solution
Summary:The mission of the bachelor’s labour is to propose an separation extraction column for separation of azetropic mixture terc-butanol - water in the presence of ionic liquid as a solvent. Experimentally to identify the conditions (pressure and temperature) when the recovery equipment could be working, whose is a film evaporator and to verify the possibility to be used an recovered ionic liquid in a extractive distillation column. Theoretical part of this labour is being to take care about the theme of ionic liquids and their characteristics, description of vapor - liquid equilibrium, binary and more component systems, an separation processes, especially distillation, rectification and evaporation. Experimental part starts by the description of the equipment being used for recovery of ionic liquid, in addition by operation procedure and in the end there are summarised the results of the measurements. Experimental measurement have been done at two various pressures. At the beginning of calculating part there are summarized an basic physical characteristics of parts of separated system. Calculating part continues by the calculation of vapor - liquid equilibrium of system terc-butanol-water. Activity coefficients are being calculated by NRTL formula. The next part is dedicated for proposal calculation of separated extraction column, what needs to divide the mix o terc-butanol and water. As a solvent is used ionic liquid of various purity. At the end there is analysed an regeneration of ionic liquid and hat consumption of the equipment.
