Title of the thesis:
Influence of the building machine transmission and the possibility to increase its carrying capacity with a focus to reduce the environmental load of soil
Summary:Dissertation thesis deals with the transmission of construction machineries evaluation in terms of their environmental impact on the soil and a possibility of reducing these environmental risks. The thesis consists of the theoretical and experimental part. The theoretical part deals with the transmission of building machines evaluation in terms of their potential impact on ecological load of the soil. It describes possibilities of increasing their carrying capacity. It also deals with the issue of laser hardening and deposition of hard thin coatings on gears as an option to increase their carrying capacity. The main aim of the thesis is to assess the possibility of application selected TiCN--MP + MOVIC coat deposited on the convex-concave teeth, operating in the interaction with two types of biodegradable lubricants as a possibility to increase their carrying capacity. Experimentally, based on FZG scuffing tests, the aim is to determine their options in terms of applications in gearing and compare the results with previously published works. Tests are performed on the device with closed-flow power.
